You Are Rain Boots

It's been MANY months since we last met here at LJ so here's some highlights:

*Met, fell in love with, and invited pyrotekknik to join our den - and he professed his love for us to all of those who attended Misfit Thanksgiving

*Became Northeast LeatherSir 2009 as of Santa Saturday

*My company's corporate parent decided to announce that they were selling our company's lives to our competitor - basically telling us we were given notice that we were all gonna be laid off

*Our cub taught me to knit and I made Christmas presents for my family

*I was all set to attend MAL and then I got sick and missed all of the fun, but the Centaurs were kind enough to give me a partial refund

*My huzbear and I started on Weight Watchers for Men - we had to, we just HAD TO!!

*The Pocono Warriors re-elected me for another year as president of the club and at the same meeting the club decided that, given the state of the economy, there would be no run this year. Unfortunately, due to his work schedule, our cub couldn't join us for a weekend in the City of Brotherly Love. :-(

*Yesterday was the first day of Spring and we were greeted this morning with a major snow shower that stuck to the grass, trees, and cars but was all gone by 11:30am.

These are just a FEW of the significant happenings. I'll try to do better going forward.
